We are looking for job title : IT Service and Operations Professional – MS Power Platform Operations

You’ll create impact by

• Lead tenant-wide governance across enterprise Power Platform environments, resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and providing sophisticated 3rd level support.
• Design and run scalable, high-availability environments that strengthen platform resilience, security, and performance across large estates.
• Enforce DLP policies, Dataverse security roles, and enterprise governance standards to protect data and support compliant platform use.
• Build CoE-aligned governance solutions for inventory, compliance monitoring, and ownership control, shaping roadmap decisions including Copilot integration.
• Automate administration with PowerShell, CLI, and APIs to improve consistency, reduce manual effort, and support reliable operations.
• Implement structured Dev→Prod pipelines with Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps, enabling delegated deployment, ownership transfer, and controlled releases.
• Develop Power BI dashboards that provide transparency into usage, DLP posture, platform activity, and operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through documentation, knowledge sharing, and standard processes that increase resilience, innovation, and cost optimisation.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• At least 10+ years of professional experience in IT Service and Operations Professional – MS Power Platform Operations
• Bring deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Admin APIs, CLI, ALM Accelerator, and Azure DevOps.
• Apply REST, OAuth, Microsoft Graph, and Entra ID to build API-driven governance, metadata collection, and tenant-wide monitoring.
• Manage full environment lifecycles, from setup and monitoring to scaling, performance optimisation, and structured Dataverse storage for high volumes.
• Automate inventory, reporting, and governance workflows with advanced scripting, CI/CD design, and release and rollback management.
• Strengthen CoE toolkit adoption by implementing governance models and procedures that enforce standards and scale platform usage.
• Resolve connector, identity, Azure AD, and API issues to maintain platform stability, reliability, and a strong service experience.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, communicate sophisticated topics clearly in English and German, and work independently with strong compliance focus.
