At Siemens Foundational Technologies R&D Center, we develop technologies for industrial automation in close collaboration with specialized teams across software, hardware, mechanics, and testing. Our work supports the next generation of Industry 4.0 solutions.

We would like to invite you to cooperate on the development of SITOP power supplies dedicated for 24 V and other output voltages, well known throughout the world for their extreme reliability.
We are looking for a part-time team member to design and implement test automation for the next generation of the SITOP PSU8600 and UPS1600 product family development.

What you will do
  • Design and implement automated tests
  • Help develop and maintain test infrastructure and test setups
  • Collaborate on CI/CD processes
  • Analyze test results
  • Contribute to improving test processes and documentation
  • Use AI tools in VS Code with GitHub Copilot in day-to-day work
  • Share knowledge and contribute to team best practices

Who we are looking for
  • A student or junior candidate interested in testing, automation, or development
  • Programming experience (e.g., C, C++, C#, Python, or similar languages)
  • A person willing to learn and work in a technical team
  • Someone with analytical thinking and an interest in solving technical problems
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, or industrial automation is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the MS 365 environment is an advantage
  • Good command of English is an advantage
