About the role

Are you a proactive “doer” with a passion for digging into data and turning complex insights into clear, impactful stories? Do you thrive in fast‑paced environments where your work directly empowers sales teams and drives strategic success?

We’re looking for a Data Analytics & Communications Specialist to support our SaaS Governance & Pricing Operations team. In this early‑career role, you’ll serve as the bridge between rich analytics and our global sales force — helping them stay informed, aligned, and ready to win.

You’ll make an impact by:

Being a Data Detective

• Diving into Salesforce (SFDC) to identify and track successful SaaS or cloud deal closures.
• Using dashboards and data mining techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Creating custom SFDC reports to extract precise data for analysis and communication.

Being a Clear Communicator

• Developing compelling monthly communications showcasing SaaS or cloud deal achievements.
• Sharing critical updates on new cloud product launches to keep sales teams informed and prepared.
• Communicating pricing changes that influence sales workflows, onboarding, and acquisition options.
• Translating technical and analytical findings into concise, audience friendly narratives.

Being a Strategic Connector

• Helping sales teams understand the implications of pricing updates, supporting smooth customer interactions and operational effectiveness.

Being an Innovator & Learner

• Exploring new and creative ways to present data and communicate insights more effectively.
• Learning new tools quickly—particularly Tableau—to elevate reporting and visualization capabilities.

What you’ll bring

Required

• A strong drive to get things done — proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑focused.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and derive insights from data.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including the creation of custom reports.
• Knowledge of Tableau or the proven ability to learn new visualization tools quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working in team environments.
• Passion for data, technology, and communication — ideal for early‑career talent looking to grow.

Preferred

• Experience in sales operations, data analysis, or communications.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and cloud technologies.

The salary range for this position is 212,600 PLN to 386,900 PLN gross and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Siemens offers health and wellness benefits to employees.
