We’re looking for a highly driven Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join our Thailand team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and growing our Diagnostic Imaging business (CT, MR, X-ray) by building strong customer relationships, driving sales strategy, and delivering results in line with commercial targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive the sales strategy and execution for assigned accounts in the Diagnostic Imaging portfolio.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector to ensure long-term business success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Use CRM tools for accurate sales forecasting, planning, and pipeline tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (BDM, PM, CS, Marketing, Logistics) to ensure smooth execution of sales and delivery.
  • Prepare proposals and lead contract negotiations in alignment with company policy.
  • Provide input into after-sales service initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiological Technology, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the CT, MR, or X-ray medical imaging market.
  • Strong knowledge of Thailand’s healthcare and medical device landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and develop strategic account plans.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel, especially to key provinces in Northeast Thailand (e.g., Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Ubon Ratchathani).
