What you’ll do

• Support financial data management, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes across business units.

• Participate in risk and investment analysis, identifying trends and opportunities.

• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

• Evaluate financial performance and monitor key business indicators.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

• Learn and apply financial tools and systems (Excel, Power BI, SAP, etc.).

• Stay current with industry trends and regulations.

What we’re looking for

• Recent graduate (max. 2 years) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, or Accounting.

• Passion for finance and eagerness to build a long-term career in the field.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or financial modeling is a plus.

• Detail-oriented and reliable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
