Main Challenges 


* Implements and maintains Key Account Management and Vertical Market concepts, processes and guidelines.
* Drives exchange of Key Account Management experiences and best-practices.
* Provides advisory and implementation support Key Account Management organizations within the businesses.
* Supports the KAM nomination process.
* Advises and supports KAMs and supports Key Account Management organizations in planning and performing the Core KAM Process.
* Advises and supports KAMs in developing the Account Business Plan.
* Advises and supports KAMs in the implementation and execution of the Executive Relations Program.
* Coordinates information exchange and provision of related standardized tools and infrastructure, in particular Philos (SAG only), in line with the needs of the business.
* Synchronizes the VMM concerning application of Key Account Management and Market Development framework, methods and tools.

Main requirements 
* Degree in electric, electronic, O&G, Mechanic, or similar engineers 
* Highly desirable 5 years of experience in sales areas
