Working student (m/f/d) Digital People Solutions (Customer Relationship Management)
Mode of Employment: Limited, max. 20h/week

- You will initially analyze and evaluate data to generate valuable insights, aiding in decision-making processes within the Customer Relationship Management team
- Subsequently, you will create and prepare engaging presentations that effectively communicate these insights to stakeholders and team members
- Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams within Digital People Solutions, contributing your unique perspective to drive IT projects aimed at enhancing customer experiences
- As part of your role, you will also support with commercial topics such as monitoring charging or contract statuses, ensuring smooth operational workflow
- Finally, you will actively participate in creating and managing opportunities in Salesforce on behalf of the CRM team, gaining practical experience in customer relationship management tools
Your success is grounded in
- Education: You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field with a focus on digital solutions or customer relationship management
- Experience & Skills:
- You have experience working with MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Experience with MS SharePoint and Power BI is considered an advantage
- Ways of working: You are adaptable, agile, and enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English, German language skills are a advantage for this role
