Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, and we are seeking self-driven individuals to complement our growing team.  
  
As a Siemens Professional Services Project Manager, you will lead and manage a project delivery team to assist our customers in realizing the value of a Siemens Xcelerator-based Digital Thread solution.  You will establish, drive and communicate clear program priorities and project activities.  This role serves as the primary point of contact to align all stakeholders in the accomplishment of successful project outcomes.   
   
As part of SGT’s Professional Services team, you will work with solution and system architects, subject matter experts, technical consultants and various delivery leads to ensure customer and project success.  
   
Responsibilities  
•Manage projects through the project life cycle, leveraging Siemens Delivery Framework.
•Manage customer requirements and project scope to achieve project objectives, effectively communicating project expectations to relevant stakeholders in a timely and concise fashion.    
•Manage project schedules to ensure on time delivery.   
•Manage project costs to ensure planned financial metrics are achieved. 
•Manage cross functional team performing configuration, deployment and adoption activities.
•Work with third-party contractors to ensure their performance against contracted requirements. 
•Maintain project artifacts such as status, risk, issues, opportunities (RIO), schedule or IMS, decision log, program management plan or other artifacts as needed to support project rigor as required by customer, company, or industry standards.
•Establish and execute a communication plan.
•Perform program quality management, ensuring that the solution meets the requirements and complies with industry or customer protocols, regulations, and quality standards.   
•Perform regular project reviews for customer and internal management. 
•Perform regular project retrospectives and present the results and lessons learned in order to strengthen Siemens PLM Delivery Framework.
•Enforce change management. 
•Work with Sales & Services Management and the customer to initiate, align and execute project governance.  
•In conjunction with Engagement Management, identify, and create new opportunities and renewals for current projects/programs.   
•Mentor and support the development of team members.   
   

Required Qualifications  
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a project manager/leadership role, guiding teams through implementations of enterprise software solutions.   
•Minimum 5 years of experience working in a customer-facing environment.
•Proactive self-starter who can perform independently in high-pressure situations with little supervision.
•Leadership skills and proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, including services delivery and project support teams across multiple locations.  
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  
•Demonstrated soft skill abilities when supporting the team, interacting with customers, and reporting to leadership
•Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of company and government executives.  

Preferred Qualifications   
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology-related field, or equivalent years of experience (8+) in PLM.   
•Minimum 5 years of experience dealing with engineering and/or manufacturing processes.   
•Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing Siemens Xcelerator solutions or similar products, such as products from Dassault, PTC, Aras, SAP or Oracle.
•Minimum 3 years of experience working with third party contractors. 
•Experience managing implementations of enterprise solutions in a large, complex government or commercial enterprise as a consultant or employee.
•Experience working with distributed, remote teams across multiple disciplines and time zones.
•Experience with US Federal Government projects, contracts, policies, and procedures.  
•Knowledge of Change Management processes.    
•Experience working with packages like JIRA, TFS, Polarion, etc. is highly preferred  
•Experience with iterative development practices like scrum, agile, or SAFe.
•Experience creating and presenting project content to all levels of management, both internal and external.  
•PMP Certification, with working knowledge of project management processes and tools is highly preferred.
•Experience with ADKAR or other adoption methodologies preferred

Travel:
•Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
  

Location:
•Preference to reside commutable distance from customer location ( St. Louis, Philadelphia, PA or Seattle, WA). 

Security Clearance  
•United States Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S Government Secret Security Clearance.

The pay range for this position is $106,600.00 - $175,000.00 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
