Siemens Healthineers operates the world’s largest network of radiopharmaceutical cyclotron facilities, powering a global PET infrastructure that enables lifechanging diagnostics for over 2 million patients every year.

With products that have a shelf life of just 10 hours, Radiopharma epitomises precision, speed and purpose — a dynamic and innovative business pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in nuclear medicine.

We are seeking a Site Manager with a background in sterile manufacturing or radiopharmaceuticals who is energised by complex operations, thrives in regulated environments, and wants to make a measurable difference to patient health.

If you’re someone who is driven by meaningful impact, results-driven leadership and the chance to shape our new state of the art radiopharmaceutical facility, which is within easy reach of Greater London, we want to hear from you

Siemens Healthineers offers a rare opportunity to step into a role where every decision directly supports clinical decisions and improves patient lives across the UK.

Your Role

  • Full site ownership – a leadership role with real accountability for operations, people, compliance and performance
  • A high-profile growth project – lead the transition from our current site in Mount Vernon and play a key role in launching the new radiopharmaceutical facility in Dunstable
  • Meaningful, patient critical work – operate in a highly regulated environment where quality, reliability and safety truly matter
  • Leadership – build, lead and develop a high performing and engaged 30–40-person multidisciplinary team, embedding a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation
  • Technical and operational breadth – accountability for GMP operations, validation, equipment and regulatory readiness, and optimisation of logistics
  • Career progression – a permanent role with visibility and scope to grow as Radiopharma expands in the UK and globally
  • Influence beyond the site – contribute to wider Radiopharma strategy and work closely with cross functional and senior stakeholders, driving growth and innovation

This Role is ideal for someone with

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in radiotracer or sterile product manufacture, testing and dispensing
  • GMP experience
  • Strong leadership experience, managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience in delivering change and new processes via URS, FDS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ protocols
  • Business planning experience and knowledge of MHRA guidelines
  • High commitment to customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational and quality management system (QMS) experience

Company Benefits

  • 26 days' holiday with the option to buy up to an additional 10 days
  • Up to 10% employer pension contribution
  • Share and bonus scheme
  • Access to our flexible benefits from private medical insurance to dental cover
  • Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities including 2 paid volunteering days per year and support from our 24/7 employee assistance programme.
