As a Service Delivery Professional, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience across our Energy Services portfolio. Working closely with Sales and Operational teams, you’ll oversee the full consumer customer journey—ensuring proactive, high-quality service delivery that meets contractual and industry standards. You’ll be the voice of the customer within Siemens, driving performance, influencing change, and delivering tangible value.

You’ll make a difference by:
  • Leading the end-to-end service delivery for key customer accounts in the UK Energy Market.
  • Building strong customer relationships through proactive communication and regular review meetings.
  • Driving operational performance and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Handling customer issues, complaints, and service credits with confidence and ownership.
  • Using data and feedback to influence change and enhance the customer journey.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to support onboarding, renewals, and rollouts.
Your success is grounded in:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
  • Confidence in decision-making and autonomy in managing customer portfolios.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of the UK Energy Market and Lean methodologies.
