Many companies are partnering with Siemens Government Technologies to build their Comprehensive Digital Twin; the virtual representation that gives them the capability of linking design and virtual simulations to physical engineering and manufacturing. Your Challenge …
Can you be a creative and independent domain specialist?
Become a member of our SGT Digital Solutions Outcome team as an Implementation Consultant for our Genesis Program. You will start by attending our June 2026 Genesis Program. Through this program, you will undergo 4 months of training that will provide you with the tools needed to contribute to customer projects. After completing the Genesis Program, you will begin working closely with customers to provide software solutions to help them realize their Comprehensive Digital Twin. Helping our customers blur the boundaries between industry domains by integrating the virtual and physical, hardware and software, design, and manufacturing worlds.
 
Location:
Services candidates will be required to reside in Milford, OH from June 2026 to October 2026 for their Genesis Training Program. Depending on project assignment after Genesis, there is a possibility that you may need to move to key customer locations. 

General Program Requirements
•Upcoming graduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering, as well as Computer Science, expected to graduate Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
•University graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA
•Exceptional communication skills
•Driven and self-motivated
•Strong technical leadership skills
•Ability to obtain security clearance
•Willing and able to relocate if needed
•Traveling up to 75% after training program  
•Successful completion of the 16-week training course 


Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with industry experts to learn our best practices 
•Core participant in developing software and hardware solutions for our customers to increase their efficiency and productivity  
•Play a key role in estimating, planning, and scheduling deliverables, and tasks 
•Impact on our customers’ initiatives and business drivers 
•Accelerate development in architectural design to fulfill customers’ business requirements 
•Provide support to control scope, cost, implementation, and quality 
•Consult with users, management, and stakeholders 

Security Clearance
• Special access programs will require US born, US citizenship with no dual citizenship held

The pay range for this position is $88,000.00 - $93,000.00 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
