As a Technical Support Engineer (f/m/d) EV Charging you will provide advanced remote technical support, integration, and escalation management for EV charging systems, contributing to product enhancement and frontline support training.

You’ll make an impact by
- You will provide remote advanced technical support and conduct root cause analysis for EV charging systems, ensuring high-quality assistance and customer satisfaction
- Following up, you will support integration efforts between EV chargers, vehicles, and backend systems to enhance system compatibility and functionality
- Additionally, you will manage and resolve technical escalations efficiently, maintaining a clear documentation of support cases, resolutions, and technical learnings
- Collaboratively working with Product Champions and R&D teams, you will address recurring product issues and contribute to product enhancements to continuously improve product reliability
- Finally, you will provide feedback and training to frontline support teams to improve first-contact resolution rates and ensure adherence to operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with a first professional experience in Electrical Engineering. Alternatively, a completed vocational training with further education as a certified technician and extensive professional experience is acceptable
- Experience & Skills
- Strong background in electronics, IT, energy systems, or communication technologies
- Many years of experience in technical support roles, preferably customer-facing in a call center within the eMobility industry
- Familiar with EV charging standards and protocols such as Type 2, CCS, OCPP
- Ways of working: Demonstrates analytical problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Languages: Proficiency in English required
