In this key support role, you'll be the organizational heartbeat of our team, handling essential administrative tasks that empower our experts to focus on groundbreaking projects. You'll Make a Difference By:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to a vibrant team of approximately 20 people, ensuring their focus remains on innovation and strategic initiatives.
  • Orchestrating smooth office operations, from managing supplies and ordering essential overhead materials (like hardware, software, and equipment) to coordinating valuable training resources.
  • Meticulously administering our attendance and property systems, handling records for attendance, leave, incapacity for work, and inventory to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Building strong collaborative relationships with key internal departments such as Purchasing, IT, HR, and Marketing, ensuring seamless inter-departmental workflows.
  • Skillfully scheduling and organizing crucial meetings and appointments, optimizing our team's time and ensuring productive engagements.
  • Playing a welcoming and supportive role in the onboarding process for new team members, helping them settle in and feel integrated from day one.
  • Providing invaluable logistical support for business travel, assisting team members with arranging air tickets, visas, insurance, accommodation, and other travel essentials for their global assignments.

Your success in this role will be built upon:
  • A completed high school education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Czech; proficiency in German is a distinct advantage.
  • The flexibility to work a minimum of three days per week.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • A demonstrated sense of reliability and the capacity for independent work.
Ideally, you'll also bring:
  • Previous experience working in an international environment.
  • Relevant administrative experience.
