Apply now for the position of Apprenticeship - Customer Service Engineer for Sicily, Italy and you will be trained in 30 months as Customer Service Engineer, learning how to install, configure and maintain Healthcare Diagnostic equipment with reference to radiology products within the designated area.
Your role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Territory Manager you will learn to:
- Manage face-to-face customer relationships, ensuring positive and professional experience.
- Ensure the complete execution of all preventive maintenance activities on assigned assets.
- Work effectively and collaborate with Project Managers and Application Specialists to successfully implement complex solutions.
- Interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of technical issues.
Your expertise:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or a technical diploma (e.g., from an ITS - Istituto Tecnico Superiore) in Electronics.
- General knowledge of the Digital Healthcare sector is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Word).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and across Italy as required.
- Must be available to travel primarily in South Italy, with occasional travel to other regions and abroad.
- Residency in Sicily is required, preferably in Catania area.
Contractual Requirement: must be under 29 years old to be eligible for a professional apprenticeship contract (Contratto di Apprendistato).
