This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a strategic portfolio of over 2.4 million square feet of production and office space across the United States, driving innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Your Strategic Impact

As the Zone Americas Head, you will:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a high-performing team and oversee external service providers to deliver best-in-class asset and property management.
  • Drive Strategy: Translate global real estate strategies into actionable regional plans that align with Siemens Mobility’s business objectives.
  • Champion Sustainability: Advance Siemens’ carbon neutrality goals through real estate digitalization and decarbonization initiatives.
  • Optimize Performance: Implement cost-efficiency measures and performance improvements across office and industrial locations.
  • Mitigate Risk: Proactively identify and address operational risks to safeguard asset value and ensure compliance.
  • Enable Growth: Support acquisitions and disposals, lead due diligence, and negotiate contracts to expand and refine the portfolio.
  • Foster Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external authorities to deliver tailored real estate solutions.

Your Executive Profile

  • Experience: 10+ years in corporate real estate, with deep expertise in the U.S. market, portfolio development, and lease management.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse, virtual teams with a focus on empowerment, coaching, and strategic execution.
  • Innovation: Track record in leveraging digital tools and sustainability frameworks to drive transformation.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and customer-centric mindset, with advanced financial and operational competence.
  • Education: Master’s degree or equivalent experience in real estate or related field.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel domestically to key sites across the U.S.
  • Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

The pay range for this position is $231,948 - $272,952 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
