In this role you will:
- Foster and ensure a Zero Harm work culture on site, adhering to all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) rules and regulations for both Siemens and contractor resources.
- Act as the technical interface, providing instructions and guidance to installation contractors for signalling and communication equipment.
- Prepare and support documentation including installation manuals, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans, checklists, and Installation Work Packs.
- Organise and participate in site surveys, ensuring the highest installation quality standards and adherence to codes of practice.
- Monitor installation progress, report on activities, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion and schedule adherence.
- Liaise with Siemens project management and installation contractor teams, facilitating communication and handover of Redlines and As-built information.
- Supervise material ordering and delivery processes using applications such as LMS (Logistic Management System), GLAASS, and ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud).

- Experienced in in installation of computer-based Railway Technology, with a strong focus on Signalling and Communication Wayside and Indoor-based Equipment.
- Proven experience supervising installation teams and acting as a link between project management and contractor forces.
- Proficient in digital applications relevant to the project (GLAASS, ACC, LMS).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
