We're looking for a Part-Time Working Student Business Administrator to join our Customer Services Finance Team within the Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit in Kartal!

What part will you play?

• Assisting with sales and execution commercial activities,
• Supporting preparation of commercial parts for bids and contracts,
• Supporting commercial and legal aspects of terms and conditions for contracts with customers, consortium partners, and subcontractors,
• Reading contract drafts and contributing to the preparation of comment and deviation lists.
• Participating in monthly closing transactions and working on various reports, dashboards, and tools to support the team in executing customer orders,
• Cooperating closely with corporate groups like Accounting, Finance, Tax, Supply-Chain Management, Legal, Compliance (as relevant). 

What do I need to qualify for this job? 

• 3rd year undergraduate student in faculty of Management / Business Administration / Economics or a related area,
• Able to work 2-3 days/week in Kartal or remotely,
• Good command of written and spoken Turkish & English,
• Advance level of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel),
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis,
• Cooperative, flexible and a good team player with strong communication skills.
