Why Siemens?
This isn’t just a job, it’s a journey. You’ll be part of a vibrant early career’s community, solving real business challenges, learning from experts, and growing every day. We care about your success, your wellbeing, and your future.
What Makes Our Process Different?
No CV Bias: We’re changing the game. Your CV will need to be attached but won’t be seen by the hiring team until the final stage of the recruitment process. We focus on potential, not past experience.
What Will Your Day Look Like?
You’ll be based in Farnborough, where we encourage office presence to help you learn, connect, and thrive. Hybrid working options may be available depending on the role.
You would join our award winning EMEA Total Rewards team and learn more about the importance of how we use pay, bonus, benefits and other forms of reward to inspire and engage our people in an international company like Siemens. This would be while taking part in our two-year development programme, which helps you develop important soft skills such as project management.
Your role will include:
- Joining two topic teams focused on Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition, working alongside subject matter experts.
- Supporting business operations across the EMEA region, gaining exposure to international HR practices.
- Managing cyclical activities such as annual pay reviews, insurance renewals, and bonus processes.
- Contributing to regional projects and collaborate with colleagues across Siemens.
- Developing the breadth and depth of knowledge needed to become a well-rounded Total Rewards professional.
- Travelling internationally as part of project work, gaining valuable hands-on experience to equip you for your professional career in Siemens.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you’re curious, motivated, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.
- Hold an undergraduate or master’s degree in any subject – you will learn on the job.
- Demonstrate a passion to grow by showing curiosity, a love of learning, and a desire to be challenged.
- Bring a transferable skill set such as strong project management, analytical thinking and the ability to meet deadlines.
What’s In It For You?
- 26 days paid holiday + 5 volunteering days
- Wide range of flexible benefits to choose from including subsidised gym memberships
- Competitive defined contribution pension, which includes a generous life insurance scheme
- Discounts on everyday spending
- An induction week away to start building your networks and learning more about us.
- A celebration at our Early Careers Gala when you complete your programme!
