You'll make an impact by

• Support in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to position the executive level of Siemens Digital Industries
• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content for the executive level (e.g., LinkedIn posts, video statements, blog articles)
• Research and prepare relevant content for social media and internal platforms
• Support in drafting speeches, presentations, and statements for the executive level through analysis, research, and preparation of strategic information
• Help manage communication channels such as social media and internal platforms
• Contribute to conception and execution of communication initiatives and formats (e.g., town halls, video messages, leadership updates, media briefings, strategic announcements)
• Monitor and analyze the impact of communication activities both internally and externally
• Project-related support

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a university program in communications, media, journalism, political science, business, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
  • Interest in strategic corporate communications and future-oriented technology topics
  • Prior experience at Siemens and familiarity with Siemens structures are a plus
  • You are proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital tools like SharePoint and Canva; basic editorial skills
  • Ideally, experience in conceptioning and implementing communication formats (e.g., town halls, video messages, management events)
  • Strong writing skills (e.g., blog posts, social media content)
• Ways of Working: You bring creativity, initiative, and a strong sense for language and tonality, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
