Siemens Data & AI Cloud (SDC) is an internal platform driving innovation across our organization. Our team, SDC Bespoke, specializes in use case consultancy and implementation for internal clients across the entire SDC portfolio. This includes Data Engineering (Alteryx, Airflow), Cloud (AWS & Azure), Data Warehousing (Snowflake), Graph Database (Neo4j), Front Ends (PowerBI, Tableau), Cloud Monitoring (Datadog), AI offerings, and more.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise. You’ll have the flexibility to shape the position around your strengths and career goals — whether that means focusing more on hands-on technical work or strategic business initiatives. Opportunities range from data & ai solution implementation, coding & development, and technical consulting to client engagement, marketing initiatives, leadership activities, service management, and internal knowledge-sharing events.Tasks may include but not limited to:

• Data engineering & building data pipelines
• Integration of different platforms from our Data & AI portfolio
• Creation of Data Products
• Development of dashboards for data visualization
• Development of AI solutions (RAG chatbots, ChatGPT etc.)
• Tasks related to service management & operations (managing resources & financials, participating in client meetings, conducting presentations, upskilling & training activities, assisting with promotions & communication etc.)

• Education: 
• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
• Strong technical skills complimented by solid business acumen
• Well-rounded profiles with international exposure, as well as cross-domain & interdisciplinary knowledge are preferred
• Familiarity (at the very least on the conceptual level) with various technologies, especially related to cloud, data and AI
• Previous hands-on experience with some of the technologies from our stack is nice to have e.g. AWS, Azure, Airflow, Alteryx, Snowflake, dbt, Neo4j, visualization tools, Mendix, Datadog, ChatGPT, Git, CI/CD, Terraform etc.
• Programming skills: especially SQL & Python; any others are a plus
• Ways of Working: 
• Extreme proactiveness & the ability to think outside the box
• Results-oriented: able to uncover opportunities and act fast and decisively to seize them by delivering tangible results
• Language
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
