Hello visionary!

We empower our people to stay resilient and relevant in a constantly changing world. We’re looking for people who are always searching for creative ways to grow and learn. People who want to make a real impact, now and in the future. Does that sound like you? Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.

Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is a Siemens Service Company that provides innovative digital solutions and customer-oriented business services. With more than 20 years of experience, Siemens GBS taps into its understanding of how organizations and businesses work to seamlessly integrate, digitalize and optimize business processes with a portfolio that covers end-to-end business needs.

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer to join our learning team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who can translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences — ranging from ERP implementation training materials to gamified, interactive digital learning modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning solutions that drive performance and engagement.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Design and Develop Learning Solutions: Create effective, engaging, and visually appealing learning content including eLearning modules, simulations, gamified experiences, videos, and performance support materials.
  • ERP and System Training Projects: Collaborate with functional and technical experts to design and develop process-level training materials such as user guides, job aids, simulations, and walkthroughs for ERP and other enterprise tools.
  • Creative & Gamified Learning Experiences: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to conceptualize interactive learning solutions — leveraging tools like Storyline, Vyond, Canva, Synthesia, or similar.
  • End-to-End Learning Design: Conduct learning needs analysis, define learning objectives, design storyboards, prototype solutions, and deliver high-quality final outputs.
  • Customer Engagement: Interface confidently with internal and external customers, manage expectations, gather requirements, and present design ideas and progress updates effectively.
  • Agile & Collaborative Working: Work in a fast-paced, agile environment managing multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
  • Visual and Graphic Design: Apply strong visual design principles to enhance learning aesthetics, branding, and learner experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure learning materials are instructionally sound, user-friendly, visually consistent, and compliant with accessibility standards.

Your success is grounded in:

  • 5–6 years of professional experience in Instructional Design and eLearning Development.
  • Proven experience designing learning for ERP or system implementation projects (process-based learning, simulations, user manuals, etc.) as well as creative learning projects (gamification, storytelling, microlearning, etc.).
  • Expertise with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, Captivate, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning) and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) and multimedia editing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills — able to work independently with business leaders and SMEs.
  • Ability to translate business needs into creative learning experiences.
  • Demonstrated agility, innovation, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM/xAPI standards, and responsive learning design.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or data-driven learning design is a plus.
