For our standard motion control team, we are looking for a Product Manager to help us drive product management and promotion of standard inverter products within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. 


You’ll make an impact by

• Market and Strategy: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning for inverter products, and formulate the product development roadmap.
• Product Requirement Definition: Identifying customer requirements, define the functionality and performance of new products, and deliver the Product Requirements Document.
• Product Launch and Promotion: Leading new product G2M project, including developing product launch strategies and pricing, conducting internal training, and preparing marketing materials to support the sales and marketing teams.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Monitoring and analyzing product market performance, and driving continuous optimization and iterative upgrades of the product line.


Your defining qualities

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 2 years of work experience in industrial automation, familiar with motion control products; product management experience is preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and logical thinking abilities.
• Excellent teamwork skills, capable of proactive communication and driving internal resource coordination.
• Continuous learning of new technologies and proactive in enhancing professional capabilities.
• An fluent command of English
