For our standard motion control team, we are looking for a Product Manager to help us drive product management and promotion of standard inverter products within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. 


You’ll make an impact by

Market and Strategy: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning for inverter products, and formulate the product development roadmap.
Product Requirement Definition: Identifying customer requirements, define the functionality and performance of new products, and deliver the Product Requirements Document.
Product Launch and Promotion: Leading new product G2M project, including developing product launch strategies and pricing, conducting internal training, and preparing marketing materials to support the sales and marketing teams.
Product Lifecycle Management: Monitoring and analyzing product market performance, and driving continuous optimization and iterative upgrades of the product line.


Your defining qualities

Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Over 2 years of work experience in industrial automation, familiar with motion control products; product management experience is preferred.
Strong data analysis skills and logical thinking abilities.
Excellent teamwork skills, capable of proactive communication and driving internal resource coordination.
Continuous learning of new technologies and proactive in enhancing professional capabilities.
