Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking an Order Manager for our Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit, with a focus on the Protection and Automation Panels line. Headquartered in Wendell, NC, the EA Business Unit has a diverse portfolio of products, including, but not limited to, low-voltage MCC, CMR fuse saver, MV switchgear, MV circuit breakers, and metering, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relay maintenance and systems of a standard nature.

We are looking for an Order Manager. This position will be based in Wendell, NC and you will work a hybrid work model sharing time between office and home.
You will make an impact by:
- Handle and process customer sales orders through all stages, from order placement to delivery.
- Confirm factory delivery dates and provide accurate, transparent, and timely updates to internal customers.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate deployment to production.
- Work collaboratively with all factory departments—including engineering, production managers, production personnel, project managers, contract administrators, customer project managers, logistics, procurement, and the production scheduler—to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain delivery schedules and report progress, quality, and delivery reliability to management.
- Create and process production orders in SAP, ensuring alignment of delivery and requirement dates through to completion.
- Coordinate order changes with all relevant internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field with 1+ years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- English proficiency written and verbal
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and or in the future.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 3+ years of working experience in a manufacturing environment
- SAP, SD, and PS module

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
