Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving growth through indirect channels? Join our dynamic Nordic Management Team as Nordic Channel Manager. In this pivotal leadership role, you will spearhead the development and expansion of indirect channel revenue across the Nordic region. You'll manage a dedicated team and play a crucial part in shaping our sales pipeline and market penetration, directly contributing to the ambitious goals of our country business. This role demands a strong focus on budget and quota setting, with full ownership of channel performance and a proven track record in SaaS business models and transformation. Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Country Channel team, fostering a high-performance culture to achieve and exceed revenue targets through the indirect channel across the Nordic market.
    • Take full ownership of channel budget and quota setting, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving accountability for results.
    • Increase market, industry, and account penetrationto meet and surpass country business objectives.
    • Contribute to the sales pipeline strategy and oversee the planning and execution of expansion and growth initiatives with new and existing partners.
    • Coordinate coverage and capacity planning with Channel Managers and Solution Partners to enhance portfolio coverage, consistent with SPL Country/Regional objectives.
    • Serve as an active and influential member of the Nordic Leadership team, contributing to regional strategy and decision-making.
    • Mentor team members, acting as a strong advocate for the impact and value of Channel Solution partners across the business.
    • Manage business operations, including budget and cost control, business planning, monitoring, and reporting; may be involved in personnel decisions.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in leading and managing indirect channel saleswithin the software or technology sector, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
    • Extensive experience with budget management, quota setting, and full ownership of channel performance.
    • Solid experience in SaaS business modelsand driving SaaS transformation initiatives.
    • Strong leadership skills in team management, mentoring, and talent development.
    • Deep understanding of Nordic market dynamics and business landscape, coupled with exceptional strategic planning, execution, and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
    • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in one or more Nordic languages is highly advantageous.
    • Ability to contribute strategically as part of a senior leadership team.

  • Familiarity with Siemens Digital Industries Software portfolio or similar solutions.
    • Experience working in a global matrix organization.
