What will you do?
• Together with the local QM&GCC manager you drive, plan, and implement required quality gates in the manufacturing and assembly processes and organize the respective teams for complaint analysis. 
• You monitor and analyze NCC’s, drive root cause analyses and preventive action implementation with the related process owners. 
• You are authorized and obliged to stop processes, projects and products that deviate from SI EA quality standards and requirements. 
• You report directly to the local SI EA QM&GCC manager.
• Product-, delivery-, process quality as well as aligned BU HQ KPIs.
• NCCs before and after delivery, customer satisfaction.
• Manage full implementation of all related quality processes.
• Ensure and control implementation of quality gates in processes.
• Support the local QM heads to ensure the appropriate development, production and shipping release if needed.
• Support Supplier Quality Management (SQM) to achieve best management methods and processes in alignment with SI EA Procurement.

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in Medium Voltage business and knowledge in manufacturing technologies.
• Core quality methods like FMEA, 5Why, Ishikawa Diagram and VSM are well experienced. 
• Certified auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Expertise on local factory goods is a plus.
• Experience in Project- and Lean Management is desirable.
• English and the local language on a professional level are mandatory.
