We are looking for a Business Support Administrator, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the SI Buildings area.

Your Challenge

  • As Business Support Administrator your mission will be to support the needs of BU with correct and in time booking of records and provide the respectful analysis of accounting data

Your main activities will be:

  • Booking of Service Business contracts
  • Invoicing, credit notes, goods receipt and stock items control
  • Vendor/Clients register maintenance
  • Payment requests, workflows, planning of revenue, registration of claims, cost control, export control checks, provisions register and maintenance
  • Ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations
  • Cooperation with vendors, clients in reconciling the account status, on an accountable level
  • Following the changes of internal guidelines and external accounting standards
  • Implementation and control of Risk Internal Control standards

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Very thorough and skilled at multi-tasking to complete several deadlines accurately and on time
  • Passion to never-stop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
