Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a SIG/PSD - Deputy Section Manager in Bangkok office. 

This is your role. What part will you play?

You will be responsible for managing and supervising the Shift Leaders, Engineers, Technician and Workers, who are employed within the SIG/PSD as well as any temporary personnel within this section

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Assist the Section Manager with daily operations, long-term planning, and optimization of maintenance tasks.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring technical accuracy and timely availability of SIG/PSD segments.
  • Liaise across maintenance and operations teams to schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Lead internal meetings within the SIG/PSD section and take appropriate actions during incidents.
  • Provide technical support for commissioning, installation, testing, and corrective maintenance when required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with relevant work experience, preferably in public transportation or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in project management, and team supervision, including working in a multi-national company environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in computer applications and possesses strong knowledge of analytical and investigative principles and procedures.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Thai; good proficiency in English communication.
