What you will do:
• Develop and implement EHS plans, including training programs, monitoring protocols, reporting systems, and emergency response plans, to ensure adherence to the highest safety and environmental standards
• Ensure compliance with Siemens policies and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Perform risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential EHS risks impacting the project and propose appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee onsite EHS conditions, conduct regular inspections to identify risks, and define corrective measures for internal team members and contractors.
• Manage EHS-related incidents by conducting investigations, preparing reports, and developing corrective actions.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHS management effectiveness and evaluate contractor performance in EHS compliance. 

What we are looking for:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in EHS domain in driving and implementing EHS systems.
• Proven experience in managing safety in electrification engineering projects.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional certifications in occupational safety management.
• Passion for creating safer, more sustainable workplaces.
