Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Angular Developer to lead and manage application development and operational support for our web-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Angular, leadership skills to manage a team, and the ability to drive process improvements and deliver high-quality services to our customers.

Job responsibilities.

Operations & Service Maintenance:

Ensure smooth functioning of Angular-based applications and resolve production issues promptly.

Monitor system performance and implement preventive measures to maintain service reliability.

Team Management & KPI Achievement:

Lead and mentor a team of developers to meet project goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Allocate tasks, review code quality, and provide technical guidance.

Design & Execute Change Enhancements:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.

Implement enhancements and new features in alignment with business objectives.

Process Streamlining:

Identify inefficiencies in development and operational workflows.

Propose and implement process improvements for better productivity and quality.

Reporting:

Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports on system performance, team progress, and KPIs.

Communicate insights and recommendations to management.

Customer Management:

Act as a point of contact for customer queries and issues.

Ensure timely resolution and maintain strong client relationships.
