Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

  1. Education: BCom/MCom/MBA + LLB
  2. Experience: 7 to 12 yrs
  3. Key profile:
    1. Commercial support for sales bidding / quotations submissions
    2. Pricing support to Sales team
    3. Driving order margins
    4. Assessing risks
    5. Assessing payment terms for orders, preparing cash flow impacts
    6. Negotiations with customers on terms & pricing
    7. Assessing terms & conditions for contracts
    8. Collections from customers
    9. Support Sales team to drive KPIs like orders, collections, margins
    10. Support EU Business & Fin Head for strategic initiatives
    11. Reporting Sales dashboards
    12. Streamlining processes and implementing guidelines for Sales
    13. Support/ run audit for Sales Commercial related activities
    14. Support EU Controller for reporting & review requirements
  4. Key Skills, Competencies required: Excellent Commercial & Business sense, Negotiation
  5. Key stakeholders: Sales Head, Sales Team, EU Fin Head, EU Business Head, EU Controller, Customer, Proposal Team
