Your mission will be…

• Plan and run user research activities such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to define research goals and share findings.
• Recruit participants for research, ensuring a diverse and representative sample.
• Analyze research data to identify patterns, insights, and actionable recommendations that inform design and product strategy.
• Communicate clear, actionable insights to guide design and business decisions.
• Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to foster a user-centered mindset across the organization.
• Promote a user-centered culture within the team and stay up to date with the latest UX research methods.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Design, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience conducting UX research in a professional setting.
• Proven expertise in various research methodologies (e.g., usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys, focus group sessions).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and using common research tools (e.g., Maze, UserTesting, Figma).
