Apply now for the position of Head of DI & AT Egypt and you will own and execute the strategy for Diagnostic Imaging (DI) and Advanced Therapy (AT) in Egypt and lead cross-functional teams to grow market share, optimize portfolio performance, and deliver clinically impactful solutions
Your Role:
- Ensure alignment across sales, product management, and clinical operations to meet business goals.
- Define and implement DI & AT strategy across Egypt, ensuring alignment with business area (BA) and business line (BL) goals.
- Drive top-line growth and market share through targeted go-to-market strategies and commercial excellence.
- Lead and support subzone product managers to achieve performance targets and strategic priorities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with sales teams; identify and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate multimodality deals and bulk projects, ensuring pricing alignment and operational efficiency.
- Increase customer focus through field engagement and clinical partnership.
- Champion CRM excellence, forecasting accuracy, and funnel transparency.
- Lead Egypt’s Commercial Excellence initiatives, supported by analytics and dashboards.
Key Performance Indicators:
- DI/AT- toplines and market share development for each individual BL
- BA/BL PRF development and profit contribution
- Retention / Conversion rates / IBR Replacement targets
- DI/AT volume per Product Manager
- Funnel quality, coverage, forecast accuracy and market transparency
Candidate Profile:
- Strategic thinker with strong clinical and commercial acumen
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation
- Comfortable navigating complex healthcare environments and regulatory frameworks
- Strong communicator and collaborator across internal and external networks
- Thinking at this level is characterized by a balance between strategic and tactical considerations. While focus is still tactical, there is a requirement for understanding strategy and determining needs relative to it.

Your Expertise:
· Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the medical imaging or advanced therapy domain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing sales and clinical operations.
· Proven track record in driving commercial success across diverse imaging modalities (e.g., CT, MRI, Angio, MR Therapy), including strategic market development and portfolio expansion.
· Demonstrated clinical expertise, ideally as a former radiologist, technologist, or clinical applications specialist, with deep understanding of diagnostic workflows and therapeutic procedures.
· Experience in leading cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and clinical education, with a focus on customer-centric innovation.
· Strong background in sales strategy formulation, go-to-market execution, and CRM-driven funnel management, with measurable impact on market share growth and profitability.
· Skilled in multimodality deal structuring, bulk project coordination, and pricing alignment, especially in complex healthcare environments.
· Adept at data-driven decision making, leveraging dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to drive performance and forecast accuracy.
· Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, hospital procurement cycles, and clinical trial collaborations is a plus.
