- You support the development of a groundbreaking IT landscape for our partners, creating an interactive and user-friendly customer journey in a global context.
- You play an active role in introducing new tools and rolling them out across regional teams and our partner ecosystem.
- You contribute to automating and digitalizing partner program management processes to increase efficiency and impact.
- You prepare engaging training materials for internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth adoption and success.
- You develop insightful reports and dashboards to support analytics and drive continuous business improvement.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or an IT-related field.
- You have first experience and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- You have a strong analytical mentality and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in English completes your profile.
