The Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We are looking for a Contract Admin Manager. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.
We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven finance professional to join our SI EA Finance team as an Contract Administration Manager. If you’re passionate about driving commercial excellence and leading teams to success, you’ll make a great addition to our team!
Roles & Responsibilities
- Leading a segment of the contract administration team supporting EA business
- Managing and developing the team to ensure quality and efficiency in commercial execution
- Overseeing order review, assignment, and ensuring accuracy in order entry and execution
- Driving productivity and process improvements across commercial execution processes
- Managing cash flow with a focus on A/R collection and CAID prioritization for service, parts, and systems orders
- Providing decision support to offers and project management teams
- Serving as the technical expert for order execution processes and system enhancements (e.g., SAP, SF.com)
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or commercial execution
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Detailed knowledge of order entry, sales order management, and invoicing processes within SAP
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and management levels
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SF.com
- Project controlling experience; Siemens Certified CPM a plus
- Prior management experience

The pay range for this position is $74,970 - $128,520 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
