We are hiring a dynamic Executive Assistant, providing high-level support and office management for the North America Executive Team (CEO/CFO). You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient information flow, handling executive priorities, and coordinating governance processes for the region. What your Day-to-Day will look like:

Executive Team Support & Priority Management

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Mobility North America ET, handling complex schedules and commitments across multiple leaders, countries, and time zones.
  • Proactively coordinate the ET calendar, including strategic planning sessions, executive offsite, and critical functional meetings.
  • Prioritize, manage, and re-prioritize meetings on short notice with accuracy and discretion.
  • Develop, prepare, and distribute detailed meeting agendas and materials, ensuring partners are prepared in advance. You'll anticipate their needs and set them up for success!
  • Consolidate and disseminate briefings on key meetings, logistics, and priorities to align the ET for internal and external engagements.

Governance, Reporting, and Strategy

  • Run logistics for high-level meetings, including Board meetings and top-management reporting packages.
  • Prepare and refine presentation materials for executive reviews, governance sessions, and communications (high proficiency in PowerPoint required).
  • Support strategic initiatives and regional projects, tracking achievements and coordinating follow-up actions across the leadership team.

Executive Coordination & Travel

  • Facilitate international communication, acting as a liaison for the ET in organizing customer meetings, joint calls, and coordination with global headquarters.
  • Assist with complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary development and meeting coordination (conferences and large-scale events, ensuring smooth execution and preparation).

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Progressive experience as an Executive Office Lead or providing C-level support within a large multinational company.
  • Advanced proficiency in scheduling (Outlook/Calendar Management), PowerPoint, and meeting preparation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for business needs.
  • Based in Sacramento, CA (no relocation assistance offered).

The pay range for this position is $89,556 - $120,870 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
