What will you do
• Drive and support all Lean activities within the defined area of responsibility.
• Deploy standards and methods, develop process documentation, and ensure compliance.
• Analyze processes and disruptions, identify weak points, propose solutions, and support implementation.
• Evaluate cost-benefit scenarios for projects and monitor implementation of measures.
• Prepare and deliver training on Lean methods and share best practices across teams.
• Participate in work groups and projects, moderate meetings and workshops to foster collaboration.
• Complete coaching programs to effectively implement change processes and activities.
• Apply subject knowledge in investment calculations and implementation planning.

What you need to succeed?
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2+ years in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or process optimization.
• Proven experience in deploying Lean tools and facilitating workshops.
• Knowledge of cost analysis and investment planning.
• Lean methodologies (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, SMED).
• SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Project management and data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to lead change and coach teams effectively.
• English – Intermediate.
