You ‘ll make an impact by:

Drive Sales Growth: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our digital solutions (“DE” Digital Enterprise) within the existing Siemens Digital Industries Division Portfolios.
  • Planning G2M activities and business development strategies for new markets and applications.
  • Proactively assess, clarify & develop existing/new DE Partners and System Integrators on regular basis.
  • Pre-Sales support of DE portfolio to successfully fight against specialized competitors.
  • Supporting & providing competitive edges of DE portfolio over competition through sales arguments or defense.
  • Consultants’ Approach regarding new Technologies & DE Portfolios
  • Lead customer presentations, effectively communicating Siemens DE value proposition and the tangible benefits for customers.

Market & Marketing Expertise: 

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and standard practices, leveraging this knowledge to inform and refine business strategy. Actively develop and manage a strong pipeline of high-potential DE projects within the CRM system (Salesforce.com), ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Support launch of new DE Software, solutions and design of new business models.
    Develop the marketing mix (Price, Promotion, Place & Product) so as to satisfy the market needs & demand.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to determine market size and share for various Siemens businesses; update and maintain data regularly.
    Collect and analyze market intelligence regularly to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics and customer requirements.

Executive Reporting & Alignment: 

Provide periodic reports to Local/ME Management & HQ (market surveys, reports, opportunities, financial status…etc) for the DE portfolio.

Focus Verticals: O&G, Chem/Petrochemical, F&B, Ports/Cranes, WWW …etc.

Your success is grounded in

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer/communication/Elec. Engineering or Computer Science is a must.
  • 8-10 years of experience in technical sales and/or product marketing capacity.
  • Technical knowledge of Digital Enterprise in Industrial Sector, Process/Discrete Automation and new technologies (AI, Edge computing, IOT, Blockchain, …).
  • Proven communication & negotiation skills with good product presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation & communication skills are essential, with the ability to represent Siemens DE.
  • Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce.com and experience with sales analytics tools is required
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Language skills: Fluent Arabic Speaking & Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment.
