Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

Role Overview:
Act as part of a Professional Services team and work collaboratively with Consultants, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and other internal & external stakeholders to ensure customer success and satisfaction. In this customer-facing role, you will leverage your expertise in Siemens PLM solutions to connect process-level understanding with tailored technical solutions and best practices. You will consult, advise, recommend, design, and, where appropriate, deploy technical solutions based on your specialist product knowledge. The role may involve working on integrations with other systems (such as ERP, CRM, or third-party applications), ensuring that the Siemens PLM Software solution is successfully delivered and provides tangible value to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, engaging directly with customers to understand their business needs and processes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently, translating business requirements into effective solutions, and guiding customers to adopt best practices while avoiding pitfalls.
• Participate in and sometimes lead technical work streams or projects, primarily for Teamcenter, but also with exposure to other Siemens software tools.
• Support project management activities such as estimating, work breakdown, project planning, and monitoring as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and with the customer, in a hybrid work environment (remote and on-site as needed for plant visits or workshops).
• Mentor and guide other team members on solution design, configuration, and implementation best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the team and community (including sharing lessons learned and updating best practice templates).
• Stay adaptable to work across various industries, bringing value and best practices regardless of the customer domain.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with PLM platforms (preference for Siemens Teamcenter; experience with other PLMs is valuable).
• Understanding software integration concepts, especially with systems like ERP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
• Analytical thinker—able to map business processes to technical solutions.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the confidence to advise and guide clients positively, including highlighting and helping to avoid bad practices.
• Self-managed, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid (remote/on-site) environment.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn Siemens PLM tools and other related software.
• English proficiency

Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of other Siemens Digital Industries Software (e.g., Mendix, Opcenter).
• Exposure to multiple industry domains or experience in delivering solutions to diverse types of customers.
