Location: Great Britain & Ireland

Enterprise Services in Great Britain & Ireland drives the transformation of healthcare through Value Partnerships that support our customers in tackling some of their most pressing challenges: access to care, workforce shortages, ageing infrastructure, and the need for sustainable, affordable healthcare models.

The Senior Commercial Architect is a pivotal role within Enterprise Services, helping to shape, structure and close these complex, multi-year Value Partnerships with healthcare providers across GB&I.

As a Senior Commercial Architect, you’ll lead complex negotiations, shape commercial strategies, and close major contracts that drive sustainable healthcare solutions.

Working with colleagues across Enterprise Services and in collaboration with the Head of Commercial Architecture, you’ll support the strategy and commercial opportunity with a customer. Once the customer confirms they wish to proceed, you’ll step in to negotiate and close the deal, transforming concepts into a clear, rigorous and executable contract for successful delivery by our operational team.

Are you currently in a senior commercial position in the public or private healthcare sector? Do you have experience of managing or negotiating complex contracts? What You’ll Do:
• Lead commercial negotiations for multi-year partnerships with healthcare providers.
• Translate strategic visions into clear, executable contracts.
• Align cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) for successful deal closure.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, clinicians).
• Ensure contracts are commercially robust, legally sound, and operationally viable.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in senior commercial roles, ideally in healthcare or related sectors.
• Expertise in complex contract negotiation and multi-stakeholder engagement.
• Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills at senior executive level.
• Experience with national framework agreements, public-sector procurement rules and contract administration (NHS experience highly preferred).
• Team-player mindset and enthusiasm for cross-functional working as the key to building a winning strategy for commercial opportunities.
• Strong analytical and conceptual capability, with the ability to simplify complex commercial constructs.
• Willingness to travel across GB&I.
