We are looking for a Software QA Engineer who is passionate about test automation, cloud-based SaaS testing, and continuous quality improvement. In this role, you will own product quality across UI, API, and microservices, contribute to automated certification testing, and help ensure high-quality, on-time product releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with functional requirements and quality goals.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Drive automation-first testing, building and maintaining UI, API, and integration test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, define quality metrics, and present clear test reports to stakeholders.
• Test microservices-based architectures using stubs, mocks, and service virtualization techniques.
• Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, Product, and Documentation teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software QA with strong exposure to test automation.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Nightwatch, Mocha, PyTest, Postman, or REST-Assured.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or Go).
• Experience using CI/CD pipelines and testing cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and collaboration tools (JIRA, GitHub, GitLab).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in distributed, Agile teams.
