We are seeking a skilled Machine Vision Engineer to design, develop, and deploy vision systems for real-time Product inspection and Quality control for our products in our manufacturing facilities. 
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programming, setup,troubleshooting, and maintenance of Machine vision systems ensuring high-quality
production and Zero defects & minimal downtime.
Here you will work in a modern, dynamic factory environment. This position is accountable for, but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities :  
  • Design, develop, and implement machine vision Systems & algorithms for tasks like object detection, defect inspection, and pattern recognition for
  • Product inspection.
  • Integrate machine vision systems with cameras, sensors, and other hardware components to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Optimize image-processing techniques to maximize accuracy, speed, and efficiency for production environments.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, software, and electrical engineers to define requirements and create end-to-end solutions.
  • Conduct experiments and analyse system data to refine algorithms and enhance system performance.
  • Document development processes, system designs, and test results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
  • Handle independently lead end-to-end projects bridging traditional machine vision and new AI-based vision inspection systems.
  • Driver project with minimal supervisory, you'll modernize legacy rule-based inspection systems while pioneering deep learning solutions for real-time
  • quality control for the Product inspection Q Gates.
  • Own the full lifecycle—from classical algorithm optimization to AI deployment—in dynamic manufacturing environments.
  • Optimize New & Existing machine vision algorithms for defect detection, object recognition, dimensional measurement Based on Cognex VisionPro,
  • Keyence, EthonAi , Siemens PickAi & Smart Grasph Technology.
  • Ability select the Hardware based the Requirement of Vision system.
  • Onsite Visit and support the production team to fine tune/correct/debug the issue facing online, to ensure high availability of Vision system in dynamic
  • environments.
  • Collaborate with internal stake holders & External supplier for software,hardware, integrate with vision solutions into automated systems.
  • Analyse performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, speed, false positives) and iterate models train/debug using data/feedback from production lines.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies like deep learning for vision, edge AI,and Industry 4.0 standards.
  • Knowledge on Debug and connectivity between Vision system hardware with
  • other Equipment’s like PC, Server, OPC, Scada.
  • Knowledge on Client & Server concept-based vision systems.
  • Additional Responsibilities to work with Special purpose machine-SPM & Autonomous machine like AMR, AGV, Robot.
  • You will have an opportunity to Learn the Above-Mentioned Technologies and implement along with AI Based vision system wherever is required.
  • 6 Days working.
Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of robotics platforms (e.g., UR Cobots, FANUC, KUKA).
  • Knowledge of AOI platforms (e.g., Vision CCD systems, Cognex, Keyence, Basler, Hikrobot, Baumer, Omron, Baluff , Vision guided robotics),
  • Basic Programming and Troubleshooting – Ability to read, edit, and diagnose PLC (SIEMENS (Step7, TIA portal, WINCC)), C#, Python, and various other
  • machine programming languages/software.
  • Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
  • Familiar with key machine validation metrics, including CPK, CPQ, GRR, MSA & safety standards, and more.
  • Knowledge on industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, RS232, RS485, Profibus, ProfiNet, DeviceNet, OPC server.
  • Knowledge on Presentation and working with Microsoft applications like Office, Word, PPT, Excel, Planner, Teams.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch,OpenCV, Keras, TensorFlow, Ludwig, TensorRT).
  • Knowledge of NLP and NLU (NLTK, SpaCy, Flair, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Windows & Linux Operating system.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma / BE - Electricals, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics.
  • Year of Experience: 2-3 years.
  • Job Location: Verna, Goa.
