Then come and join our global team as a Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in the area of tool training creation.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You support our software product managers in the area of tool training
  • You help collect topics based on feedback from users and tool experts
  • You support the didactic and media‑appropriate preparation of the topics
  • You create training materials in the form of PDFs, screen recordings, or simple web‑based trainings
  • You will help us to take care of reviewing and finalizing the training materials up to their handover, e.g., for upload to a learning platform

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are studying interactive media, e‑learning, communications, marketing, communication science, media design, didactics/pedagogy or similar and you can apply didactic and design principles from your studies
  • You are at least for one year available
  • You have experience with video and audio editing (e.g. Camtasia, etc.)
  • You handle MS Office tools, Word and PowerPoint, very well
  • Ideally, you have initial experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have very good English skills (written and spoken), German is a plus
  • You are interested in IT business tools
  • You are a great fit for this position if you work independently and in a structured manner!
