Your Role:
  • Drive sales for Factory & Process Automation, Motion Control, and Service Business.
  • Execute a clear go-to-market strategy and balance growth across segments.
  • Deliver strong value propositions, optimize configurations & BOM, and create cost-effective solutions.
  • Champion Digitalization, develop strategies for retention & conversion accounts, and explore new markets.
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners, mid-market customers, EPCs & OEMs.
  • Ensure systematic sales approach, CRM data quality, and market transparency.

What You Bring:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics with 6–12 years in technical sales.
  • Proven success in automation, drives, and digitalization.
  • Growth mindset, customer-first approach, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and achieve ambitious business targets.
