Siemens Energy India Ltd, Gas Services are looking for self-driven project management professionals for implementation of complex projects of Steam Turbine and Generators. We need smart engineers who bring skills, creativity, and dedication to the table and help us in bringing value in project execution. He/she must be agile and work in the most optimal way by leveraging digitalization as individual contributor in a matrix organization.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

• Implement brown field project of large gas turbine.
• Overhauling, upgrades, Modernization of Steam Turbine, Generator.
• Reviews and studies of the scope of works described by the contract document, project specifications, contract drawings and BOQ.
• Review of BOM provided by engineering and align with SCM for ordering and on time delivery.
• Analyzing contractual obligations, Technical & Commercial specifications.
• Identify and analysis risk for the project and company, develop mitigation measures and implementation to increase project profitability.
• .
• Provide senior management periodic reports of project activity status.
• Participate in HAZOP, risk analysis, ensures works are engineered and constructed in compliance with all HSE requirements.
• Develop cost and margin analysis, risks & opportunities, cash flow aspects, scope management, changes, quality, time schedule and progress reporting.
• Coordination & Interaction with Customers / Vendors and other concerned authorities, Site & Factory visits.
• Provide Installation and Commissioning Support for field service team. Provide post-Installation Customer Service Support.
• Maintain continuous client relationships by regular customer contacts and meetings in order to increase customer satisfaction.
• Always adheres to compliance & Business Conduct Guideline.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with the customer.
• Implementation of EHS at installation sites
• Self-driven and proactive for upcoming challenges
• Customer focus throughout the project life cycle

• Experience in handling complex projects involving multi-cultural, multi-national, multi-regional, diverse groups of project team members and stake holders as well as understanding topics related to taxation, cross-border staffing, risk management, contract and claim management very well
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills and negotiation skills for effective handling of risk and Opportunity as well as Claim Management leading to overall project success and customer satisfaction.

·    Excellent verbal, written, and people skills with deep understanding of contract

• Efficient in the use of SAP, MS Office, MS projects.
• Willing to locate anywhere in India (project specific) and at project site during installation phase
