Head of Regional Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Regional Marketing to elevate our global presence and accelerate growth across all geographies. In this highly strategic role, you will collaborate on creating a marketing strategy for each of our 4 key regions to ensure optimum brand awareness and lead generation activity that is aligned to global priorities yet tailored to local customer needs. You will lead a team of regional marketing professionals, empowering them to drive demand and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
You will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market success as you:
• Define and execute regional marketing strategies that support global business objectives and regional revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing regional marketing teams, inspiring excellence and accountability.
• Build brand visibility, credibility, and engagement with key personas in the power utilities sector.
• Partner closely with Sales and cross-functional leadership to deliver impactful demand generation programs that accelerate pipeline.
• Ensure brand consistency and unified messaging at a global level, while adapting execution to cultural and market-specific realities.
• Measure, analyse, and optimize marketing performance, using data to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement.
• Foster innovation, promote best practices, and champion alignment across regions to maximize overall marketing effectiveness.

You’ll stand out as a top candidate if you have:
• 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within B2B software, industrial technology, or the energy sector.
• A track record of successfully leading regional teams and delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• The ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, shaping the vision while ensuring excellence in execution.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills across a global, cross-functional organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools.

• Experience in the electrical power industry, grid software, or utilities domain.
• Knowledge of global-to-local marketing models and international go-to-market best practices.
• Hands-on skills in demand generation, brand development, and sales enablement.
• Success working in a fast-moving, matrixed environment that values agility and innovation.
