Main Responsibilities
1. Account Planning
- Define short- and mid‑term goals to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts in alignment with regional strategy.
- Classify accounts by strategic relevance and define engagement models (high‑touch vs. digital-led).
- Build tailored account strategies aligned with the customer’s buyer journey.
- Prioritize prospects and accounts to optimize resource allocation.
- Identify go‑to‑market channels, campaigns, and market approaches to meet account objectives.
- Plan customer interactions to strengthen relationships and support sales targets.
- Conduct periodic reviews to track progress and adjust strategies
2. Prospecting & Discovery
- Own the full opportunity pipeline, from creation to closure, using analytics to assess size, health, and required actions.
- Execute marketing-led campaigns and leverage available assets to activate customer engagement.
- Prospect new customers using digital tools: Sales Navigator, CRM, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Industrial Info, among others.
- Lead tracking and follow-up.
- Build proactive relationships with new assigned customers to understand needs and challenges, creating influence maps.
- Assess customer requirements and define solution fit, ROI, value metrics, and the suitable GTM strategy and messaging.
3. Opportunity Management
- Advance opportunities by engaging decision-makers and offering insights that highlight business needs.
- Identify stakeholders and build alignment across organizations.
- Define required teams (Sales Specialists, Technical Sales) to support deal advancement.
- Translate value statements into specific value propositions that show measurable customer impact.
- Select appropriate pricing models and negotiate terms to ensure competitiveness.
- Request additional pricing support when needed to secure strategic opportunities.
- Build a strong internal network of advocates to drive upsell and cross-sell.
- Monitor risks, changing customer needs, market shifts, and competitors to safeguard opportunity success.
- Lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
