• Deliver accurate, timely payroll: Process monthly payroll for multiple Siemens entities in Israel ensuring every employee receives correct compensation on schedule.
• Manage payroll data & approvals: validate HR data submissions.
• Stay compliant Keep current with Israeli payroll regulations and tax law changes, ensuring the organization remains compliant.

What Will Make Your Candidacy Stand Out

• Payroll Accounting Certificate
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline
• Deep expertise in Israeli payroll operations – solid understanding of local tax regulations and legislative requirements
• Consistent track record of deadline-oriented delivery with meticulous attention to quality and detail
• Fluency in English and Hebrew – strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience with HILAN – familiarity with Israel's national payroll system and submission processes
