Job Description:
  • Provide expert technical support and deliver in-depth training to customers and Application Engineers (AEs).
  • Foster product innovation through collaboration with software development teams, field engineers, and customers.
  • Lead customer engagement by clearly communicating product value and benefits.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Define and prototype new tool capabilities.
  • Translate customer feedback and market needs into clear product requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature development and implementation.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and training resources.

Job Qualifications:

Technical: Essential to have:

  • BS./MS. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Technical: Nice to have:
  • Basic knowledge in design and physical & circuit verification processes.
  • Prior knowledge and experience of CAD tools usage and/or development.
  • Prior knowledge in semiconductor process engineering or back-end EDA tool programming.
  • Good programming skills. (Tcl/Tk, Shell Scripting and/or Python, UNIX/Linux OS are necessary)

  • Able to demonstrate good analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Able to set personal goals and work consistently towards them in a dynamic environment
