For our IT Value Center, we are looking for an open-minded working student to support us with the daily challenges around one of the largest ERP projects/programs within Siemens.

Your new responsibilities

• Assist our Process/IT Solution Owners with project management tasks within an Agile organization.
• Support the design and optimization of IT processes, with a focus on ERP-related topics
• Plan and manage meetings to ensure effective alignment between project stakeholders and key contacts
• Organize and facilitate international workshops and team events (may require travel)
• Contribute own ideas to build the "Agile and dynamic “mindset in the organization and assigned projects
• Work and collaborate on digitalization initiatives including AI, bringing innovative ideas to life
• Prepare structured summaries, decision papers, and management-ready documentation
• Work closely with various line managers, specialists and senior management in the IT departments and project/programs
• Run your own projects or sub-projects within the IT Value Center

Your talents and experience

• Currently enrolled at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and broad knowledge of new IT technologies, including AI.Explorer’s attitude, excellent team player, and proactive mindset
• Good analytical skills and structured, independent working style
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Copilot
• Business-level proficiency in English; German is a plus
