LLP “SIEMENS” is opening a vacancy for an SI Department Assistant (SI Assistant)

Location: Almaty office
Employment type: via a personnel leasing company

Managing internal document flow within the company
Processing internal requests
Executing tasks assigned by management
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
Coordinating the work of the company driver
Organizing business trips for employees
Preparing travel expense reports
Organizing workplaces for employees
Reviewing primary accounting documents received from suppliers (goods delivery and service acceptance)
Monthly time tracking for employees of the department
Procurement, support, and inventory management of fixed assets
Working in the company’s ERP systems, including:
- Creating Purchase Orders for goods and services
- Creating new debtor and creditor records in the company database

Previous experience working with SAP
English proficiency – written and spoken
Attention to detail, fast learner, results-oriented and eager to develop
Degree in Economics or Accounting is preferred
Experience working in an international company in a similar role is an advantage
